01Live batches

You can cancel and request a full refund at any time before the second live session of your batch. After the second live session, the fee is non-refundable.

If we cancel a batch, or move its start date and the new schedule doesn’t work for you, you will receive a full refund.

02How to request a refund

Write to radha@pingmylab.in or message us on WhatsApp +91 76781 05700 from the email address or phone number you enrolled with, with:

  • the name and email address used for the purchase,
  • the batch name and the date of purchase,
  • the payment ID (it starts with pay_) or the order ID from your payment confirmation.

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show the credit. Access to the batch, including My courses, class links, recordings and the course kit, ends once the refund is issued.

04When refunds don’t apply

  • Requests made after the time limit above.
  • Access suspended for breaching our Terms of Use, for example by sharing your sign-in link or class links, or by recording and redistributing class content.

05Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
